Concession 360 Care

Concession Follow App – This is an effective project management system that presents real-time data. Each client receives a complete overview of the progress of their project. All you need to do is scan QR codes and receive authorisation to view information about the ongoing implementation. Full technical documentation is also available in the app.

Concession After Sales Care – An after sales care system in which the customer uses QR codes to access operating instructions, warranty conditions and project documentation. Each body component has its own code leading to the data. With a few clicks, a warranty claim and service call can be made, reducing response times and improving service.

Concession ReUse Programme – With this service, we can give a second life to built-in elements and reduce the cost of office furnishings. The programme includes:

Investment audit identifying and categorising existing furniture.
Liaising with the client and architect to refurbish and relocate furniture to the new space.
Recycling or upcycling furniture through sales and auctions.
Donating furniture to charity.
Final report with furniture processing results and environmental impact.
